Zivko Aeronautics, Inc. (ZAI) is a small family woman-owned business that specializes in composite prototyping, manufacturing, and design for aviation. It offers aircraft design, material analysis, sheet metal forming, welding, machining, avionics installation, and other services. The company caters to both government and commercial sectors.
ZAI is centrally located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, USA, providing close access to a large number of major aircraft producers and suppliers. Our facility is conveniently located on a low-density 5,000 ft. airport (GOK), allowing easy program test development.
Engineering Services
Zivko Aeronautics engineering capabilities include mechanical, aeronautical and composite structures engineering, aircraft design, aerodynamics, composite material analysis, CAD/CAM and finite element analysis.
Manufacturing
ZAI has full 5-axis CNC milling/routing capabilities with a worktable area 5’W x 10’L x 3’ H. ZAI can accept 3D surface models from the customer and begin milling the structure almost immediately, or the surfaces can be generated in house from 2D CAD files, blue-prints or even sketches.
Instrument Pod Proof Load Testing
ZAI has the in-house capability to proof-load instrument enclosures up to 144” in length.
